1. Return Policy

• You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please email us at support@rudraglam.com within 5 days of delivery.
• Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear product images if required.
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.

3. Refund Policy

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
• Refunds will be given only for the product amount. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used, damaged, or altered products.
• Items without original packaging or missing tags.
• Products marked as “Non-Returnable” during the sale or promotion.
• Custom-made or personalized products.

5. Exchange Policy

• We currently do not offer product exchanges.
• If you wish to get a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Order Cancellation

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• In case of prepaid orders, cancelled within the allowed window, the full amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
