- Return Policy
- You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
- Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email us at support@rudraglam.com within 5 days of delivery.
- Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear product images if required.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
- Refund Policy
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
- Refunds will be given only for the product amount. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

- Used, damaged, or altered products.
- Items without original packaging or missing tags.
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable” during the sale or promotion.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Exchange Policy

- If you wish to get a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
- Order Cancellation
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- In case of prepaid orders, cancelled within the allowed window, the full amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
